I drew this in 91 while stting at a table in a park just off the Des Moines, WA marina. In the first panel to the left, in the distance one can see what I saw those days while working on this piece, and that is part of the Narrows Bridge linking Tacoma to Gig Harbor. To the left of that, one can also see the Stack from the Smelter that was taken down shortly after this piece was completed.
